CBD dosages

Grandma Buzzbee thinks it is time to revisit disages for CBD. Why? Did we learn more? Not really. Is there any more concrete information out there to tell us how much we need? Nope. Not at all. Anyone who says there is or acts like they know…………….well we would just say proceed with caution. Our philosophy remains “Less is More” until we can have scientific proof that larger doses are 100% safe, we will exercise on the side of caution.

There are several reasons nobody knows which we have talked about in previous blogs but we will reiterate.

  1. Doctors (MD, DC, DO, etc) can only RECOMMEND CBD. They cannot prescribe. There is no RDA (recommended daily allowance) for all people.
  2. Most (if not all) medical schools never cover or teach CBD therapy in their pharmacology courses. This curriculum revolves mostly around pattended substances.
  3. Everybody is different. There are as many variables as there are grains of sand on the beach. Age. Height. Weight. Metabolism. Genetics are just a few.
  4. But, once again, they are not written in stone.

To add to the confusion there are many different ways to use CBD, tinctures, gummies, salves, rubs, topicals, smokables, are just a few and once again, it boils down to personal preference. We see folks who vacillate between a couple of different products until they find that which best works for them.
